The provider of this site automatically collects data that your browser transmits. These are: the address requested, date and time, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, the page visited before, and your IP address.
This data is not combined with other sources and is not assigned to any person. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in running the site without technical faults. The log files are deleted after seven days at the latest.
This site is hosted by Host Europe GmbH, c/o Spaces, Gertrudenstraße 30–36, 50667 Cologne, Germany. The provider processes the data named above on my behalf, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
If you write or call, I store what you tell me in order to deal with the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries about a commission, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. I delete the data once the matter is settled and no statutory retention period stands in the way.
The site is delivered over HTTPS. You can tell by the padlock in your browser's address bar. Nobody can read along with what you look at here.
You may at any time request information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), have it corrected (Art. 16), erased (Art. 17) or its processing restricted (Art. 18). You have a right to data portability (Art. 20) and a right to object (Art. 21). An informal message to info@pangramaudio.com is enough.
